Cromwell, CT, designed by James H. Bowen, circa 1885, painted cast iron, to use bank: place coin on the pig's snout, press the lever to figure's back to kick the pig's foot, sending the coin flying onto the man's tongue and into his mouth once the lever is released, the underside with barely legible patent date. This lot includes a catalogue from Bertoia Auction's Autumn Toy Fest Sale from 2002 where another "Paddy & the Pig" bank can be found under Lot 343, pg. 26.
