France, 19th century, fluted monument base flanked by spreading cornucopia, issuing three scrolled arms and a single central rising sconce, mounted on an oval white marble terrace with Neoclassical laurel, quiver, and torch mounts, raised on six feet and inscribed in dark ink to the undersides.
