Serial number J50659 present inside of frame behind crane and also on the crane, bright nickel plated, text of COLT BORDER PATROL along left side of 4 in. barrel, ejector rod shroud, pinned front blade sight with adjustable rear sight, color cased hammer, wooden grip scales with rampant pony medallion inserts.

Overall good estate condition, nickel plating shows very light wear overall with sparse areas of deeper damage, screw slot damage is present, firearm would benefit from thorough cleaning to remove old lubrication that has dried, grip scales show shrp checkering with some edge wear to finishes and muting of sharp edges, rifling is clean and bright.
