Serial number P559MOS present on underside of frame, characters 689 present on backside of loading gate, text of 1820-MISSOURI SESQUICENTENNIAL-1970 present along left side of 5 1/2 in. barrel with text of COLT SINGLE ACTION ARMY .45 present along the right, color cased frame, blued barrel gold washed components, rampant pony and patent data on lower left of frame, wood grip panels with rampant pony medallions.

Overall very nice estate condition, all metal finishes are in good condition and also show very faint blemishes from handling, grip scales have edge wear and light chipping along some edges, mechanical operation is sound, slight end shake present.
