Overall fair estate condition, barrel bluing is strong and applied over past scattered light pitting, top rib indicates barrel length previously trimmed, bright and shiny bores, barrels ring with clear church bell tone, barrel to receiver fit is tight, forend fit is slightly loose, blued recevier, top lever and forend components, moderate screw slot damage, stock finish healthy, buttstock head previously repaired with a dowel through the cheeks, checkering is complete and largely pronounced albeit somewhat worn, HAWKINS aftermarket recoil pad is well fit and remains pliable.
