Serial number 1449072 present on left side of coated aluminum semi-automatic action receiver, text of REMINGTON SPEEDMASTER MODEL 552 present on receiver, text of REMINGTON .22 S. L. & LR present on blued 23 in. barrel with screw attached rear sight with elevator and empty dovetail slot for missing front sight, manual safety, smooth wood buttstock and forend, factory buttplate.
