Cromwell, Connecticut, patented 1885, designed by Edward L. Morris, painted cast iron, to use bank: place coin on roof above man's head, move broom handle on right side of building back and the man will flip to kick the coin into the bank, underside stamped "PATD JUNE 2 - /1885" and with old auction label affixed.
