From the hunting rig of Ivey Austin (1921-1988), Hatteras, North Carolina. He inherited it from a family member and it has remained in the Austin family until present.
Evidence of the port for molten iron on the top of the body. A rare and possibly bespoke model.
Pitting and rust from normal use.
