Late 19th to early 20th century, the first with derby handle, chased with floral and foliate motifs, marked "F2" and with period engraved dedication to the cartouche "L to C.B. D.", over an ebony shaft with rubber ground tip (34 1/2 x 3 3/4 x 1 in.); the second with knob handle engraved with stylized frond motifs and triangular reserves, unmarked, over a rosewood shaft with metal ground tip (35 1/4 x 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 in.).
