Lot Details & Additional Photographs
To include an Edison Home Phonograph and a British Edison Gem Phonograph. The Edison Home machine has a green-tinted oak case, a good motor and an original period horn, however it will need a rebuilt reproducer and some TLC to play; the Gem is an attractive machine with an aluminum horn and manufacturers' plates on opposing sides of the box; at present a belt tensioner is being forced off the pulley, else the motor runs well. Do note that this player is fitted with a standard Edison crank, which is too long for being on a table. To work well, the machine may be raised or just fitted with a proper crank.

Included are six Edison cylinders and a Clarion cylinder.

Good mechanical condition with intact decals and minimal marks to the cabinets. Both machines are very attractive and should respond well to a knowledgeable technician.
