From the Private Collection of Jim and Peggy Cordovano, Greenville, South Carolina and Little Rock, Arkansas The Fak Hongs were a touring illusion troupe active primarily in France and southern Europe from the 1900s through the 1920s. Adopting an Asian-sounding name and staging performances with exoticized Orientalist imagery, the group promoted large-scale theatrical illusions that emphasized visual spectacle over sleight of hand.
Condition B+: Toning and small creases to the sheet with light associated retouch, some sun fading, not examined outside the frame.
