Early 19th century, pigments on pith paper, painted scenes from the cultivation of silk, beautifully framed in identical manner with silver lined mat and ornate carved silver wood frames.

Frame dimensions 17 1/2 x 22 1/2 in., Sight size 6 1/8 x 11 1/8 in.

Good condition; some scattered losses to the paper; one with a spot of discoloration to lower left corner; not examined outside of the frames.
