From the hunting rig of Dr. Luther Fulcher (NC, 1910-1973). Dr. Fulcher grew up in Stacy but mostly hunted in the Harkers Island area. He never carved any decoys but he maintained a stand of Eldon Willis duck decoys and shorebird decoys made by Judge Lambert Morris.

This group of yellowlegs flatties were owned by Dr. Luther Fulcher.

Original paint with light gunning wear, one bird is detached from the stake.
