Working across experimental photographic processes, Evon Streetman has developed a practice closely tied to Florida’s landscapes, vernacular architecture, and material culture. Her work often incorporates darkroom interventions and hand-applied materials, and her influence extends through teaching, including her role in initiating the photography program at the Penland School of Craft in North Carolina in 1964.
