Length 25 in.
Hollow carved from white cedar, a similar example or rigmate is found on page 78, plate 97 of
Southern Decoys of Virginia and the Carolinas by Henry Fleckenstein. This goose has a clearly defined carved tail and carved raised wing tips. These features are found in all of Watson's cedar geese, but not his balsa geese.
Second coat of gunning paint by Watson, crack neck with some movement.
