A Large Chinese Porcelain Blue and White Jar Lamp with Qilin

Mid- to late 20th century, porcelain jar hand painted in blue with a large mythical qilin in a lush garden with fire bands above, the jar is drilled and fitted as a lamp with single light bulb fixture, set into a wood base, with silk lampshade and silk tassel, topped with a carved hardstone basket of flowers finial.
