A Chinese Mirror Black and Gilt Porcelain Vase Lamp

19th century, porcelain with mirror black glaze and hand painted in gilt with birds and flowers and longevity symbols, the vase is drilled and set as a lamp with two lightbulb fixtures, fitted into a carved wooden base, with navy fabric lampshade.

22 in., 15 1/2 in. diameter; Vase only 11 1/2 in.

Some rubbing with loss to gold paint; vase is drilled for lamp fitting; vase not examined outside of the lamp mounts; appears to have a few rim chips; a long crack down one side of vase; lamp not tested.
