First quarter 19th century, pine secondary, unsigned, of rectangular form with canted corners, ring handled and hinged lid, the perimeter edges decorated in linear mixed wood inlays, obverse with inlaid mother of pearl kite key escutcheon, open interior with traces of original tin lining.
