Baltimore, Maryland, circa 1828, with Dominical "F" mark, and Maryland coat-of-arms without the bend dexter to the foot, and "SamL Kirk / 11 oz" to the underside, two part form with pedestal bowl and removable collar, the bowl with hand-chased floral decoration and central cartouches, the crenelated collar repeats the flower motif, engraved "Sally C. Preston / Harry C. Davis / Sarah B. Preston / W.C. Preston".
