Franz Josef Vater was a prominent producer of Czechoslovakian Art Deco perfume bottles during the 1920s and 1930s. Originally an owner of a small shop for cutting and finishing chandelier prisms, Vater transitioned into glass bottle production, becoming a key figure in the "Golden Age" of Czech glassware.
As found estate condition; one bottle missing a black element to the larger poppy; the same bottle with a hairline crack to the green floral border at the base of the bottle; the other bottle with a broken stopper (now with dried glue and adhered pieces to the interior neck of the bottle).
