Set off-center with a triangular cut rhodolite garnet (8.0 x 8.0 x 4.8mm) weighing approximately 1.65 carats, and set to one side with a line of full cut round diamond melee with round cabochon cut ruby terminals, stamped with a maker's mark and 14K.
