Overall very good estate condition, barrel bluing remains very healthy with few scattered field marks and some wear under forend, bores are shiny with minimal wad fouling, barrels ring with somewhat muted tone, barrel to action it is tight, excellent color casing colors remain on sides and top of action with wear along bottom edges, engraving is clear and undiminished, attractive satin sheen stock finish, flat top checkering is clean and articulate, period correct orange recoil pad is well fit with a skillfully radiused face.
