Mary Moore Sansom was an early American aviator based in Hartford, Connecticut, active in the late 1920s and early 1930s, known for air racing and aerobatics. She served as the first Governor of the New England Section of the Ninety-Nines and managed Interstate Airways in Hartford around 1930. A competitive racer, she flew a Warner Fleet to a fourth-place finish in a national women’s air race, contributing to the growing visibility of women in early aviation.
