Arden, North Carolina, 1936-1938, vitreous semi-porcelain stoneware, both of baluster form with pink glazed interior, both with potter at the wheel marks to the underside, the tallest with blue crystalline glazed forms against a cream field with white streaky glazes (9 1/4 x 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 in.); the shorter with pearlescent crystalline forms against a blush ground (7 1/4 x 4 1/4 x 4 1/4 in.).
Good estate condition; shorter vase with wax to interior.
