Set of Twelve Chippendale Style Carved Mahogany Dining Chairs

First half 20th century, including two armchairs and ten side chairs, shaped and relief carved crest rail, Gothic motif pierced and molded backs, slip seat, molded seat rail, shell carved skirt, acanthus carved knees on ball and claw feet.

Armchair 41 x 27 x 19 in., arm height 27 in., seat height 19 in.

Later upholstered seats (appear to not be fitting the seat frames properly); scuffs and wear throughout from use including the knees and feet; structurally sound.
