Early 20th century, in an architectural temple form, by pressing the knob on the base an interior mechanism opens the domed lid opens to reveal a rack for bottles, the interior with colored glass windows, mounted to a wood base, not marked, the filigree XRF tests sterling silver, the interior mechanism and columns are a silver metal alloy.
