Southern Poplar Punched Tin Pie Safe

Late 19th century, wood pegged joinery, two hinged door with two punched tin panels each in a tulip motifs, shelved interior, the side with repeating punched tins, straight tapered legs.

47.5 x 45 x 17.5 in.

Top reset and with dark staining, wear and shrinkage cracks; punched tins are old and appear original with flaking black paint; left cabinet door with cracks to door frame near hinges; back boards with three later drilled holes.
