19th century, painted porcelain baluster vase with two foo dog handles and bas-relief dragons wrapping shoulder, decorated with battle scenes, brass mount and mounted to carved wood base, includes silk lined shade marked "Royal Designs Inc." and decorative glass ball finial, with antique seller labels to underside.
