Silk and metallic thread on mercerized cotton foundation, very finely knotted, the field with voided pile areas of metallic thread with a vase and floral motifs in light red, acid green, and light blue, with a hanging censer motif between the floral spandrel mihrabs, with a bird motif to each corner, the rust red main border with multicolored palmette and floral motifs within minor foliate borders, with row of voided metallic and rosette motifs to each end, small signature cartouche to one end, with strip of velcro sewn to one end.
