Early 20th century, likely Bohemian, clear blown glass with applied "tadpoles" to the finial and body, applied handle, engraved dogwood silver deposit with central monogram, the glass with polished pontil and numbered "30007 10," the silver is marked "950/1000 Fine Silver, 30007, patented," with Alvin silver mark.
