19th century, surmounted by a cut crystal bowl over a trumpeting vase, four scrolled candle arms with glass bowls and uniform bobeches; over a square pedestal base with floral motifs and openwork shell feet; not marked.

Good estate condition, some rubbing to the silver-plate and minor dings to the base.
