The pendant in a cutout pear design, with interior pear cut diamond drop, within a full cut round diamond halo, and suspended from a leaf motif surmount, joined to a cable link chain, completed with a spring ring clasp, stamped 14K, and with maker's mark ACo. The total diamond weight is approximately 1.15 carats (G-H color, SI1-SI2 clarity).
