W. Past D.D.G. M. / Samuel McKinley / In Token of their high appreciation of his service to the Craft and of his zeal as a True and Worthy Brother / A. D. 1854 / A. L 5854" with masonic symbol overlapping the monogram of Samuel McKinley to the verso.
