Claude Kitchin (1869–1923) was an American politician and attorney from Halifax County, North Carolina. A member of a prominent political family, he served as a U.S. Representative from North Carolina from 1901 until his death in 1923. Kitchin was the House Majority Leader from 1915 to 1919 during President Woodrow Wilson's administration. His brother, William Walton Kitchin, served as Governor of North Carolina.
