Period mark circa 1873-1891, directorship of Edward Moore, pattern number 2837, with acid-etched decoration to the body and flowering branches in relief, over a reticulated gallery with gold wash sun or sunflower motifs, gold wash interior, and a stylized handle, engraved "Ashbel Barney / July 29th, 1876".
