Serial number 903848 present on frame behind crane adjacent to characters S, W and K, text of COLT TROOPER .38 SPECIAL CTG. present along left side of blued 4 in. barrel with ramped blade front sight, adjustable rear sight, COLT rampant pony insignia on side plate, checkered walnut grip scales with inlaid medallions, leather basket weave tooled leather holster.

Overall very good condition, honest light to moderate bluing wear on edges primarily from holster wear, slightly frosted bore with clearly defined rifling, no screw slot damage found, grip scale checkering remains tactile and clean, tanning wear to inside, back and backside of leather holster.
