Serial number 256293 present on inside of frame behind crane adjacent to characters L, W and V, text of AGENT .38 SPECIAL CTG. present along left side of 2 in. barrel with blade front sight, COLT rampant pony insignia present on side plate of anodized aluminum frame, checkered walnut grip scales with inlaid medallion, DON HUME leather holster.

Overall very good estate condition, blued surfaces healthy overall with wear at edge of muzzle, anodizing worn on gripping surfaces, trigger guard edges, top of back strap and front edge of frame, bore is slightly dirty but otherwise very strong rifling, grip scale checkering remains distinct, leather holster in healthy condition with no tanning wear.
