In dark blue velvet fabric, with a sweetheart neckline with intricate floral and scroll motif beaded and sequin embroidery to the shoulders, neckline, and skirt, set with round and pear cut blue crystals, with seam line and buttoned sleeve details, and with back zipper and hook and eye clasp, and the interior with blue fabric lining.
