The Pearle Collection was made from two layers of overlapping glass, incised vertically before a thin line of white glass was applied, adhering to the incisions as the glass cooled. Upon returning to the kiln, the heat separates the white glass from the layered glass, creating the unique “pearls,” achieved exclusively by hand.
