Arden, North Carolina, vitreous semi-porcelain stoneware, featuring a turquoise glazed exterior, all with embossed potter at the wheel company mark to the underside, including (3) squat vases with collard mouth and cream glazed interior, the largest an early 1928 dated example (largest 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 in.); a fourth squat vase with pink glazed interior, 1941 date mark (3 x 4 x 4 in.); a rose bowl form with pink glazed interior and 1934 date mark (4 x 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 in.); and a covered sugar with 1940 date mark signed "Stephen" (3 3/4 x 3 1/2 x 3 1/2 in.).
