Meji period (1868-1912), pierced domed covers surmounted by mythical beast finials, scrolling foliage and lotus blossoms, openwork borders and archaic shaped handles, raised on scrolled tripod form on wood base, unmarked.

9 in., 4 in. diameter

Loss to snout and tail of one finial creature; hole in brass at lotus of one bowl; good antique condition.
