The largest, a Victorian silver basket, mark of William Aitken, Chester (1899), featuring a crimped rim and fish scale decoration to the body, topped with a swing handle and ball finial (5 1/2 x 5 3/4 x 5 in.); the next, mark of Watrous, pattern number 9211, low form with reticulated body and swing handle (5 x 5 in. dia.); the smallest, mark of Baker Manchester, pattern number 0165, with floral motifs along the wavy rim and shaped handle (5 3/4 x 4 x 4 in.); none monogrammed.
