Mid-20th century, single weave rivercane with natural vegetal dyes of walnut and bloodroot, arched white oak handle, both featuring variations of the Chief's Daughter pattern, the shorter in bulbous woven form with arched split oak handle (15 x 13 x 11 in.), and in tall oval shopper bag form lightly inscribed OSS in pencil to handle (18 x 18 x 8 1/2 in.).
Scattered surface dust and soiling, a few areas of losses to weave, and some dye rubbing.
