Dutch or German, circa late 18th century, hinged lidded forms including a long oval form in copper and brass with engraved designs to the lid likely representing Daniel in the lion's den, while the sides appear to be engraved with the twelve apostles (7 x 2 x 1 1/2 in.); the smaller in rectangular form with canted corners, reeded rim moldings (4 3/8 x 2 x 1 1/4 in.).
Some denting and light scratches.
