As the world begins to reopen, we look forward to the space's function as a place for collectors and consignors alike to experience the very best in auction services and cultural enrichment.
Designed by Richard Gurlitz of Gurlitz Architectural in Chapel Hill, the new building will include:
- 20,000 new square feet of event space, exhibition and meeting rooms, photography studio, administrative offices and cataloguing space.
- A wine cellar and storage facility outfitted to the unique temperature and humidity needs of the Fine Wine & Rare Spirits Department.
- A dedicated Collector Vehicle Pavilion contiguous with the newly added spaces.
With each part of the building thoughtfully designed to suit its purpose, the new Leland Little gallery will be the perfectly appointed home for important collections as they make their way from one passionate owner to the next. Stay tuned for more updates on our progress.
