Listen as our Fine Jewelry and Textiles Director, Nancy Blount, discusses two significant pieces of art deco jewelry, both of which will be offered in our upcoming Signature Summer Auction on Saturday, June 10th. The first of which, an Important Platinum, Burmese Ruby, and Diamond Bracelet has a total ruby weight of approximately 29.15 carats and a total diamond weight of approximately 10.0 carats. The Art Deco Platinum, Burmese Ruby, and Diamond Ring consists of a modified pear brilliant cut diamond weighing 3.12 carats and a pear cut ruby weighing approximately 2.35 carats. These pieces are beautifully designed and are works of art in themselves.
