Sporting Art Fair 2023
A celebration of history, community, art, and a love of the outdoors

Leland Little is delighted to host our second annual Sporting Art Fair on Saturday, February 25th, from 9am to 4pm. Although hosted on the grounds and within the galleries of Leland Little, this is a community event brought forth by a group of partners who are personally and professionally invested in the world of sporting art. The Sporting Art Fair is for everyone.
From fine art to decoy dealings, there is something for everyone

Experience a day full of demonstrations, discussions, exhibitions, a tailgate market, activities for kids of all ages, great food, wine tastings, and a whole lot of fun. Learn to cast a fly rod...or eat a raw oyster. Explore the history of decoys -- how and why they were used, as well as the stories of their carvers, while your children color one of a kind drawings by Bob Timberlake. Highlights of the day will include exhibitions by featured decoy carver, Chandler Sawyer, and featured artist, Wiley Coleman. Spend some time with the esteemed curator of Ducks Unlimited Heritage Center, Katie Burke, along with other experts in the field of sporting art.
