.32 caliber teat-fire, six-shot, 3.25 in. barrel marked MOORE'S PAT. FIRE ARMS CO. BROOKLYN, N.Y., cylinder marked D. WILLIAMSON'S PATENT JANUARY 5, 1864, barrel and cylinder stamped FC 18, engraved brass frame, walnut grip. Housed in a fitted period walnut hinged case.

Collection of the Pratt family, descended from the Cudworths of Scituate/Norwell Massachusetts.

Original toned surfaces throughout; tight, yet working, action; crisp markings; lacking pin securing barrel to frame.
