Late 20th century, created by Charles and Hazel Fast Horse, as follows: a full size papoose carrier and frame, signed on the back and dated "8/13/91," the decoration consisting of multi-colored beds set against a blue ground (DOA 44 x 10 x 10 in.) and a trade axe with a deerskin and bead-decorated haft, initialed and dated "2/8/91" (LOA 24 in.).
