Roanoke River Basin, late 18th century, walnut, yellow pine secondary, three part form, upper broken arched cove molded pediment rests on the case and features a central plinth, atop a double glazed door case with (16) window lights having molded mullions opening to reveal an interior a three shelved interior, each shelf with a reeded front edge, lower case with applied cove waist molding above four graduated drawers with scratch bead, the whole raised on bold ogee bracket foot base.

Lower drawer right side runner replaced, replaced brasses yet appropriately done in the proper holes, later silk lining to upper case, some black ink staining to right side of case, second drawer missing lock.
